Darby and Grayson were so excited by cactus!

Mom, Darby, and Grayson pose in front of the marble maze at Diamondback Stadium

Grayson wanted to hang out at the stadium all day!

Enroute to the Grand Canyon we saw this truck

We finally arrived at the Grand Canyon ...

... and WOW!  How cool is this place?!?

We just couldn't get enough of the views

Darby and Grayson posed for lots of pictures..

Strolling along the rim..

More photo ops!

We relaxed for a while after hiking the rim

We learned about all the layers of rock in a ranger led program

We even spotted a bit of wildlife

Every picture looked like a post card!

Darby worked studiously on her Junior Ranger

The kids earned their Junior Ranger badge after lots of hard work!

Darby posed with the Navajo Indian dancers that evening

We arrived early Friday morning to enjoy the sunrise!

We waited expectantly for the sun to peek out...

More views...

Pictures can't capture the awe of the canyon!

What a peaceful experience!

We posed for a natural family shot (no make-up)

The kids were so glad they got up to enjoy the sunrise..

As the sun came up the view of the canyon continually changed

On our way out of the park we saw these elk grazing by the road

They didn't pay any attention to us

The kids practiced their picture taking skills

What a cool picture!

The view from Desert Point was especially great because you see the river...

We zoomed in for a closer look!

Fun family shot
