I felt a little better this morning – just sort of tired and weak. I skipped breakfast and walked with the

kids to school. I practiced my essay with Professor Helen a few times. The assembly was slated to start after the 10 AM break. Claudio showed up today so she made him work on his essay during class. The kids had also memorized a sentence to say during the assembly.
Around 10 am I could tell I was running a fever so we left before the assembly and Professor Helen had to read my essay! We had been planning to go to IMBIO Parque this afternoon but we had to cancel that also. I lay in bed all afternoon. My stomach was feeling really tight and I was nervous about getting sick!
I felt a little better that evening so we walked into town to get the kids some ice cream.
