Pretty much sums up the trip!

We saw tons of Bison at the Wildlife Conservation Center

This was a building that wasn't destroyed (entirely) in the 1964 earthquake

These Elk are taking a nap. Their antlers are covered in velvet at this time of year

Apparently, this one didn't know it was nap time!

Somebody needs a haircut and style!

Grayson by the forest of dead trees. The trees died when the ground sank 10 feet
during the earthquake and the roots were saturated with salt water.
They now provide a habitat to various Alaskan birds.

The coyote was on the move

Hugo was so lovable - he was rescued by two guys on snowmobile and now lives permanently at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center

Which bear skull looks the scariest?

Darby, Grayson, and Jonna loved the baby elk

This black bear was very playful - these bears were also rescued

Jonna at Bird Point on Turnagain Arm

The view down Seward Highway from Bird POint - See our RV in the parking lot?

Grayson hiked around Bird Point with Jonna - our last taste of
Alaskan wilderness before heading to the airport!
