Jonna, Darby, ME, Grayson, and Mark atop Pikes Peak - elevation 14,110 ft.

It was pretty nippy up there

We arrived at 7 am by 8 am is was a little warmer!

The cog railway to the top looked a little scary!

IKatherine Lee Bates was inspired to write
America the Beautiful after a visit to Pikes Peak

We huddled together to get warm!

The road to Pikes Peak is a little curvy

I snagged a nap in the hammock when we got back to the ranch

We had a cookout for lunch - poolside

After lunch we headed down to participate in team penning

The kids were actually really good at rounding up the cows!

Mary seemed to have a knack also

Mark struggled to get Brownie to move!

Our team needed to stratagize...

Grayson got the hang of it!

After a futile afternoon of trying to control the cows,
we headed back to the stable

The kids had a cookout in the teepee for dinner

Maria and Melody tested the s'mores

Cutest cowboy in the west!

The kids toasted their marshmallows

Pop Pop and Grayson hanging out!

Having some fun in the Rec Hall
